Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Blade Terminal ("Blade", "the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

Blade is provided under a dual license model:

• Free tier: Blade Terminal is free to download and use for individual, non-commercial, and commercial purposes
• Pro tier: Multiplayer features, priority support, and team management require an active Pro subscription

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software beyond what is permitted by law
• Use the Software to conduct illegal activities
• Redistribute modified versions of the Software under the Blade name
• Use multiplayer features to gain unauthorized access to systems

Multiplayer Sessions

When using multiplayer features, you are responsible for who you invite to your sessions. Session hosts are responsible for the activity that occurs within their shared terminals.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
